Milk & Honey Classic is a single malt whisky distilled and aged in Israel.
Dr. Jim Swan consulted on the building of the distillery and on the production and maturation techniques used
It is made using only malted barley and aged in STR casks and ex-Bourbon barrels.

M & H Elements Sherry Whisky
This is one of the most unique whiskies on the market.
It is single malt whisky that is aged in Kosher Sherry casks.  The Sherry wine is made in Spain, according to
Kosher standards and is used to season new oak casks that are then sent to Israel to age whisky.
