KAIYō Whisky
Kaiyo Whisky is matured in the finest Mizunara oak casks. Our pioneering research into the
effect of wood selection on whisky maturation has led to the development of bespoke barrels,
crafted from slow growth, air-seasoned wood from hand-selected trees. These casks are
handmade due to Mizunara oaks delicate wood grain.This spirit is gently matured
in traditional style for many years before it embarks on its unique sea voyage.

Mizunara oak casks are the most expensive casks in the world and
are considered the finest to mature whisky.

KAIYō 43%
Delicate nose with vanilla, ripe dried fruit and
hints of cherry, with a long lingering finish.
Cask Stregth 53%
Extremely smooth, with great complexity and
a lovely balance of fruit, silky malt and a touch of dark chocolate.

KAIYō The Peated 46%
Sweet peatiness,
and a smokey nose with hints of nuts, sweet fruit and honey.
A sweet, long, drying finish.

The Single 48%
Mizunara finished, Coffey Malt
Honey, coconut and vanilla.

The Sheri 46%
Oloroso aging, Mizunara and PX finishing.
Wine on the nose with PX and Oloroso sherries on the palate.
